Samso has activated a photovoltaic system on the roof of the historic Milanese dealership, which will produce approximately 207,000 kWh annually. A 40% reduction in electricity consumption is expected. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Sagam, the historic Audi dealership in Milan, founded in 1963 by the Dainotto family, with headquarters in Viale Fulvio Testi, has installed a 200 kW photovoltaic system. The system was designed and built by Samso, which, after carrying out an energy audit on the dealership’s electricity consumption, installed 434 monocrystalline modules with a power output of 460 watts on the roof of the building. The expected annual electricity production is approximately 207,000 kWh and will be entirely dedicated to self-consumption for cooling and heating, lighting, powering workshop machinery, and charging the electric cars in the showroom. Samso has calculated that the dealership’s annual energy requirement amounts to approximately 500,000 kWh, and the photovoltaic<\/a> system will cover a total of approximately 40% of the site’s electricity consumption. From an environmental point of view, this intervention will have positive effects, avoiding the emission of approximately 83 tons of CO2 into the atmosphere per year. <\/p>\n

\u201cIn such a complex period, marked by increases in energy supplies that undermine the overall competitiveness of businesses,\u201d said Gianpiero Cascone, CEO of Samso, \u201cfocusing on self-production of energy is now the priority choice for many, as a further step towards sustainability and reducing their environmental footprint by exploiting the renewable energy produced by the plants for many years to come.\u201d<\/p>\n
