Samso Spa supported Serre di Pederiva in renovating their new headquarters in Farra di Soligo, transforming an unused industrial building into a modern and efficient facility. After conducting an energy audit of projected consumption, Samso defined a comprehensive intervention plan, integrating technological efficiency solutions and renewable energy production.
The project included relamping with 264 new LED light points and the installation of a 102 kWp photovoltaic system, capable of generating over 117,000 kWh/year. The generated energy powers the main production activities – sterilization, bottling, sparkling wine production, lighting, and climate control – drastically reducing the energy demand from the grid.
Serre di Pederiva needed to expand production capacity and reduce the energy impact of the new headquarters without facing heavy initial investments. The real challenge was to recover a building that had been closed for years, bringing it up to current production standards and transforming it into a sustainable and economically competitive site.
Thanks to Samso’s intervention, the company achieved a real reduction in consumption and improved operational efficiency. The renovation generates significant energy savings and prevents 64 tons of CO₂ per year, equivalent to planting over 11,000 trees, consolidating the company’s path toward responsible growth.
