490 kW photovoltaic system
Milano
Samso Spa worked alongside Sagam, a historic Audi dealership founded in 1963 and a landmark in Milan, to build a 200 kW photovoltaic system on the roof of its headquarters in Viale Fulvio Testi.
The dealership wanted to reduce its dependence on the electricity grid and the costs associated with energy price fluctuations, while maintaining operational continuity and without excessive initial investment.
The real challenge of the project was to integrate the photovoltaic system into a building in a fully urban context, optimising the available space and ensuring maximum self-consumption. The intervention transformed the headquarters into a model of energy self-production, covering 40% of annual requirements and contributing to a significant improvement in the dealership’s environmental footprint.
