Roof renovation and 364 kWp photovoltaic system in EsCo mode

Samso Spa carried out an integrated energy redevelopment project for Cosmet Srl, which included the installation of a 364 kWp photovoltaic system and the complete renovation of the roofing with asbestos removal.
The work was developed in ESCO mode, with a completely turnkey service: consumption analysis, technical design, incentive management, system installation and continuous performance monitoring.
The critical point was to transform an obligation—the removal of asbestos roofing—into a concrete opportunity to reduce consumption and produce renewable energy. The challenge was to guarantee Cosmet measurable savings, a significant reduction in emissions, and greater site safety, all without requiring an initial investment thanks to the EsCo model.
